When you're planting a garden, you don't dig it up after one week to check things out and bemoan the lack of progress. You have to give it time, and water and love and perhaps most of all, patience. The same with your career. What steps you do you need to take? E-mails? Calls? Marketing strategy? Then one step at a time.
